What should I provide if my flight is delayed?+
Provide the flight number and updated arrival time. Agree changes to the meeting and waiting conditions with your manager.
How is the final price calculated?+
Exact addresses, date and time, vehicle class, passengers, luggage, extra stops and agreed trip conditions are taken into account. We confirm the final price before payment.
Can I book a return transfer?+
Yes. You can include a return trip in your request. We confirm the date, time and vehicle separately for each direction.
What if the assigned driver cannot arrive?+
TRANSFER 101 monitors the pickup. If the carrier cannot fulfil it, we look for an equivalent replacement from our network and stay in touch until the trip is complete.
