How can I avoid choosing the wrong resort address?+
Provide the name, address and building from your reservation. For similar names, specify the district. Your manager will agree the destination before confirming the trip.
How is the final price calculated?+
Exact addresses, date and time, vehicle class, passengers, luggage, extra stops and agreed trip conditions are taken into account. We confirm the final price before payment.
Can I book a return transfer?+
Yes. You can include a return trip in your request. We confirm the date, time and vehicle separately for each direction.
What if the assigned driver cannot arrive?+
TRANSFER 101 monitors the pickup. If the carrier cannot fulfil it, we look for an equivalent replacement from our network and stay in touch until the trip is complete.
